📦 Before ordering a sofa
Remember to measure the room and access points: door, hallway, staircase, and elevator if necessary. For modular sofas, be sure to verify the dimensions of your chosen configuration.
↩️ Returns
In principle, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided for by regulations.
In the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning bulky products are borne by the customer.
The cost of the return depends in particular on the model, weight, volume, and collection address. The estimated amount of return fees is communicated to the customer before the return is organized.
